Inviting Members
Admins and managers can invite teammates from Settings -> Team.
Send an invite
- Open Settings -> Team.
- Enter the teammate’s email address.
- Choose a role.
- Send the invite.
The invited teammate receives an email with an accept link.
Invite expiry
Invites expire after 7 days.
If an invite expires, send a new invite from Settings -> Team.
Role limits when inviting

Managers cannot invite admins.
Pending invites
Admins and managers can see pending invites. Pending invites show:
- Email address.
- Assigned role.
- Days until expiry.
Admins and managers can cancel pending invites before they are accepted.
Existing members
VULQN does not send a new invite to someone who is already a member of the workspace.
If a teammate says the link does not work, check whether:
- The invite expired.
- The invite was already accepted.
- The teammate used a different email address.
- The workspace has reached the invite rate limit.
Invite rate limit
To protect workspaces from accidental bulk sends, VULQN limits invites to 10 per workspace per hour.
If you hit the limit, wait and try again later.
Accepting an invite
When a teammate opens the invite link, VULQN associates their account with the workspace and applies the invited role.
If accepting fails, ask an admin or manager to cancel the pending invite and send a new one.
